To create an experience where every athlete: 

• Has fun at practice • Feels like an important part of the team regardless of performance • Learns "life lessons" that have value beyond the playing field • Is coached using the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance • Learns the skills, tactics and strategies of the game and improves as a player • Is exposed to, participates in and volunteers for community events Has an opportunity to participate in spite of economic means
