Girls Basketball Tryouts - Spring 2026

PYS Girls Basketball tryouts for grades 5th through 8th. There is no cost for tryouts. Tryouts will be held at Englewood High School, on Sunday, March 1st from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM.

Rec Soccer - Spring 2026

PYS Rec Soccer Program 

  • Ages 4-11
  • Practices are one day a week, for one hour usually sometime between 5pm-7pm.
  • Ages 4-7 will practice at Duncan Park/Colorado's Finest High School.
  • Ages 8-11 will practice at Colorado's Finest High School.
  • All soccer games on Saturdays at Colorado’s Finest High School between approximately 9am-1pm.
  • Cost for soccer is $85 and includes a shirt and medal. Early registration before March 6th is $75.
  • If you would like to coach, please reach out to me to get certified before the season starts
  • Ages 4-7 will use a size 3 ball. Ages 8-11 will use a size 4 ball.
  • All participants must have a ball, shin guards and cleats for practices and games.

PYS Co-Ed Volleyball 2026

Registration is currently open and is the cost is $75. Season is March 2-May 16th with an end of season party the last week of May.

Season Details 

  • Cost: $75 if registered by February 23, 2026 (Late registration fees will apply after this date) 
  • Season Dates: March 2, 2026 – May 16, 2026 
  • First Practice: Monday, March 2, 2026 
  • Jersey: Included with registration fee 
  • Skill Levels: All levels welcome — beginner through advanced 

Practice Schedule: 

  • All practices are held at Englewood High School (3800 S. Logan St., Englewood, CO 80113) 
  • Grades 2–6: Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00–7:30 PM 
  • Grades 7–12: Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:30–9:00 PM 

Tournaments: 

  • Each team will participate in 3–4 tournaments in April and May
  • Tournaments are held on varying Saturdays throughout the Denver Metro area and that schedule is released end of March / early April. 
  • State tournaments will take place during the last two weekends of the season
