What: PYS "International Talk Like A Pirate Day" Scavenger Hunt.
When: September 19th, 2015 @ 3:00pm
Where: Start at the Brew on Broadway, 3445 S Broadway, Engelwood CO 80113
Cost: $20 for adults, $10 for students if registered online prior to the 19th; $25 for adults, $15 for students the day of the event; participants 4 and under are free and don't need to be registered.
Additional Details: International Talk Like a Pirate Day is a fun filled day of adventure in downtown Englewood. Teams of up to 8 people will descend on South Broadway in search of PYS treasure which will score your team points. Visit PYS sponsors, find little known corners of the town and complete physical challenges that will lead your team to victory. Bring along bus fare and a digital camera as your feet and public transportation will be your only means of transportation and there will need to be photographic evidence that your team has completed each challenge. The hunt will start and end at The Brew On Broadway (3445 S. Broadway in Englewood) Each individual registered will receive a pirate prize and some light food will be available at the end of the hunt. This is a pirate themed event, bonus points for the team with the greatest pirate pride. Bring the entire family! All proceeds will support the upcoming PYS Basketball season.
Pirate Youth Sports (PYS) is a recognized 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization. PYS is a volunteer based entity, so all donations stay within the organization to go directly towards operating, insurance and sports expenses.
