Pirate Youth Sports

Hello Parents and Friends,

Succession Planning: Plan terms for our board members are 2 years and can run up to 10 years.  As I write this, one son is a Sophomore and another 6th grader.  I am coming up on 10 years of faithful volunteer service to our community.  We are asking our Parents to attend the next few board meetings to see how they are run and how you can help our program grow with new ideas.

Our next board meeting is on March 11th at the EHS team room South of the fieldhouse.  Meeting starts at 6:30pm sharp.  We will have someone at the main entrance to let you in from 6:15pm to 6:30pm.  Please rsvp with an email back to me so I can introduce you.  You will meet everyone and learn more about each position.

This program is ran by amazing people who want to grow a positive program for both Rec and competitive sports.  We need your help to make sure the succession planning is smooth without any gaps.

We need to fill the following positions:

President

Softball director

Flag Football director

As we grow, we are also looking to add a paid Executive Director position and a Serjeant-at-arms position.
